Recommended if you want the missed-call event to trigger your own recovery workflow automatically.

If no webhook is configured, the app can still create a Task + Note inside your account automatically.

You should see your workflow fire or a Task + Note created on the contact in your account.

Use Fix connection (Reconnect) and confirm the location is connected before testing again.
